Hearts,LLC is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy online. Hearts’ privacy statement discloses how the Ministry governs the collection and usage of personal identifiable information and how we safeguard our Web Site to ensure a safe online experience.  We seek to protect the integrity of our Web Site; therefore, we consider your personal information confidential and privileged information.

By using the Hearts’ Web Site, you signify your acceptance of the Ministries’ terms for its Statement of Privacy Policy.

Unless you are becoming a member of Hearts, subscribing to our eMail list, placing an order or inquiring about our services and products, you can use/surf the Web site, with the exception of the “Membership Area,” without divulging any identifiable information that is personal to you, including your telephone number or e-mail address.

For registration of membership; eMail lists, and other short forms you voluntarily use to acquire about information, Hearts’ requires minimal personal information that includes your name (first and last) and eMail address.

For the purchasing of products, Hearts’ uses a third-party processing system we are not responsible for.

What Do We Do With Your Information?
When you supply personal information, we use it exactly for which it is intended. Whether that’s inquiring about our workshops and programs, missions, placing orders, subscribing to our newsletter, eMailing a prayer request or to ask about other information, or registering for membership, your personal information is used for that specific purpose only.

Please be advised that Hearts’ will only disclose your personal information without notice unless in the event we are required to do so by law.

We Use NSProtect Safe Vulnerability Scanning
This website is scanned by NSProtect that uses scanning servers to perform several security tests for vulnerabilities every 24 hours in order to protect your information and the Hearts’ Web Site from hackers.

How Do We Protect Your Information
Your personal information is protected by a Digital Certificate that authenticates our identity and creates a private and secure link between this Web Site and approximately 99% of the world’s browser’s using a network system encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Additionally, please note that your personal information (collected for above said purposes) is only accessible by certain staff members with special rights to access the Hearts’ network who are required to keep all information confidential.

Moreover, transactions processed as orders are done so through a secure gateway provider and are not stored or processed on servers.

The Heart’s Web Site does not use cookies.

How to Update Membership Information
You may update your personal information by going to “About” on the main menu; then to “Members Area” to login.  Once you are logged, go to "Profile" and proceed to update your information.

The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, to protect children’s privacy online and provides instructive guidelines for websites and online services regarding children under the age of 13 years old.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old and neither are we responsible for the Web Sites of third-parties that we collect personal information from or market children under 13 years old.
