Scriptures let us know how emphatically successful we can be in Christ and how healthy we can be in our bodies, simply by speaking the right words.  GOD wants us to get results, so we must live by faith, not sensory perception.  Jesus teaches us in Psalms 18:21 about what power is in the words and to be mindful of whatever we say, because words chart our lives and help us establish God's Will for the nations.

Words are effective and powerful when we speak in such a way whereby our entire being releases them by faith.  The more you believe in the words you say, the more your words are strengthened by faith to supernaturally create what you speak by the Holy Spirit who gives you utterances.
